Nightly rates for every property, with a reduction for stays of 28 nights or more. Prices include utilities, linen, towels, broadband and the final clean.
Published nightly rates
Rates below are for direct bookings of two nights or more. Weekend nights and school holidays are occasionally higher; the exact figure is confirmed in your written booking summary before you pay anything.

Two to 27 nights
Charged at the published nightly rate in the first column. The minimum stay is two nights midweek and three nights at weekends, with a three-night minimum at the two larger houses all year.
Stays of 28 nights or more
Longer stays receive a 25% reduction on the nightly rate, shown in the second column, with everything included and no additional service charge. Monthly invoicing is available for corporate bookings.
What is included
Utilities, linen and towels, broadband and Smart TV, the welcome pack and the final clean are all included. Nothing is added at the end of your stay.
How payment works
- 30% deposit confirms your dates and removes the property from availability.
- Balance due seven days before arrival, by bank transfer or card.
- £150 refundable damage deposit for houses; £100 for studio and one-bedroom properties. Returned within five working days of departure.
- No booking fees — direct bookings pay the rate published above and nothing more.
