Accessibility and special requirements
Tell us what you need
The Willow Studio has step-free access from the parking area. Other properties have internal stairs, described on each property page. If you need a ground-floor bedroom, a shower rather than a bath, or space for mobility equipment, tell us in your enquiry and we will confirm what is possible before you book.
Assistance dogs are welcome at every property without charge. Where a guest has an allergy requirement, please mention it so we can allow additional preparation time between stays.
