We looked after our own properties first
Safe Haven Property Holdings Ltd began with one house that was sitting empty between tenancies. Rather than hand it to an agency, we furnished it properly, worked out what a guest actually needs on the first night, and let it ourselves. Guests kept coming back, and the portfolio grew from there.
Today we operate five furnished properties across the United Kingdom. Everything is owned and managed in-house: we carry out the viewings of our own properties, prepare them between stays, and answer the phone if the heating plays up on a Sunday evening. There is no layer of management between you and the property.
That approach shapes how we describe our properties too. If a room is small, we say so. If something is shared, we say so. The photographs on this site are of our properties, not show-home imagery.

Every property is owned by the company. Nobody else decides how it is looked after.

The same team prepares each property between guests, working from a room-by-room checklist.

Rates, deposits and cancellation terms are published before you enquire, not negotiated afterwards.

Enquiries are answered the same day in almost every case, by the people who run the properties.
